My name is Karen Lewis and I am a learning and performance coaching professional with 13+ years of experience in designing, development and delivery of training programs, leading and coaching teams of trainers, and directing quality training and performance improvement initiatives.

I have been a trainer, manager, consultant working for and working with clients in the call center, customer service, telecoms, healthcare, and agriculture, financial and insurance industries.

My journey as a training professional started 13 years ago, when my manager assigned me the responsibility and training people fell into my lap. Not knowing anything about it, I accepted the challenge and it became my passion and career since.
